Wash, sweep, leaf blow or shop vac your rubber surfacing on a regular basis.
When you find surface rubber granulation coming out, rebind it. To confirm this rebind, make a shuffle foot step.
It is recommended to refrain from using solvents when cleaning the surface. Make sure to select the right detergents for the specific type of dirt you need to clean.
Pay attention to small holes. They will continue to grow in size and depth. Consider using a poured rubber repair kit to effectively fill the holes.
